St. Peter's brick building

St. Peters Lutheran Church is a small, friendly church located on a beautiful site northwest of Arenzville. We gather for worship celebrating the good news of Jesus' love as we welcome, encourage, and serve in His name. We have Sunday School classes for kids and adults of all ages at 9 a.m., and Worship at 10 a.m. each Sunday. Visitors are welcome and expected.

St. Peters was formed in 1850 and has a long history of faithful worship and service. A historic white frame church building served from 1871 to 1971, when it burned. A beautiful new brick church was built on the site, and has served as our church home for 30 years. The church is located next to our historic cemetery.

St. Peter's white steepleCome share God's Word with us as we worship and study in the Bible and seek to live out Jesus' way of love with one another in the world. You will be at home with us and with God's welcoming embrace.

You can contact us by phone at 997-2289 (church) or come see us at 9876 St. Peters Road, Arenzville, IL 62611.
